At Hermanlamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns on items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the lamp in its original internal packaging and box to ensure it is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
